Have absolutely not a bad thing to say about the Feel good contacts business. There is only one hair in the soup that I would recommend. And that is there discount points for customers. So for example 3000 points is one pound off your next purchase. But if we dive much deeper and crunch they numbers it is really not a money saving amount. And if you wanted 1 pound off for 3000 points I think if I'm not mistaken you would have to spend 80 odd quid.. So let's ask the question. Would you purchase a product for 80 pound if someone offered you a pound discount?? I know what my answer would be. Hence the review. But other than that if you want anything that is about eyes then look no further with quick ordering and fast delivery they really are very good. But 4 stars only because of the aforementioned discount..

I have received my contact lenses in 2 working days ( I have ordered it on Sunday !) and a £ 75 coupon to use in one of my favourite winery website ! Great service !

The second time I have used Feel Good Contacts. Once again, the ordering process was quick and easy and the lenses arrived within 48 hours. An excellent service. I will not look any further but will stay with them in future.

Ordered on Monday for next day delivery, It's now Wednesday and no sign of my delivery. Spoke to 2 customer service reps (one via the live chat and one via telephone) one who promised they would be delivered today and the other who advised due to the heatwave royal mail are not delivering as usual - i asked why this was not stated on the website and i was told to go to the delivery section which advised it could take up to 3 working days. Usually I would not be bothered but I go on holiday early hours of tomorrow morning and i now have no contact lenses. The telephone rep was not willing to help me or come to a soloution, the rep on the phone was just saying "I understand" - which is not a helpful answer. Had to ask several times how to make a complaint and was told at first i couldn't and then was told to email. Will not be ordering from this company again despite using them for the past couple of year.
